Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You’re entitled to return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, no explanation needed. Items must be unused and sent back in their original or another secure protective packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a manufacturing issue.

Warranty & Product Defects

Our products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product isn’t working as it should, please contact us as soon as possible (preferably within 72 hours of delivery).

How do returns work?

1. Within the written terms and conditions, you must indicate that you wish to cancel/return the agreement. You can submit the return request below for this purpose.

2. Items must be returned in the best possible, unused condition and in the original factory packaging without tape, adhesive tape or shipping stickers.

3. After submitting your return via email or form, you will receive a confirmation email from us in your inbox. This email allows you to request and print the return label.

4. Upon receipt of the return, we will send a notification about the status of your return within 7 business days.
